“So I’ve used Donna Bella for years and my client said to me the hair did not feel/look/ style the same this last time as it has before. She was luckily willing to give it another shot. I’m not sure what has happened but I hope if the hair was changed at all the consumer would be notified and if not and the hair was just a fluke pack it should be replaced.”
