“I’ve used this hair for a while now and typically love the quality, but I’ve noticed some changes with the most recent batch. The extensions came noticeably lighter than usual and lacked the same dimension and depth I’m used to — especially at the root.
I also experienced this with a client who recently purchased the same hair. Her set appeared less saturated at the root, and overall the blend wasn’t as dynamic or rich as what I’ve come to expect from this brand.
Hoping this is just a temporary inconsistency and not a shift in quality. Would love to see the dimensional toning and rooted saturation return to its usual standard.
