“The loop tool works great but is very bottom heavy making it pull on the cord installed in the medal. I was lenient on buying it because the reviews saying it brakes. It definitely broke within my first use of the tool and I have to shove the plastic back into the metal to use it every time it come out.”

“I LOVE this loop tool, it’s the best one on the market easily. But I’ve literally had to buy 3 of them in one month.. and atleast each month i have to buy another one. they break SO easy. I don’t understand. I’m not overloading with too much hair or anything like that and it’ll just snap. It’s super frustrating. All of the stylists in my salon and myself use this. And we all have the same issue.. ♀”
