In extensions. I bought 4 packs of the 12 inch extensions and when I had them professionally installed they were extremely Choppy and very hard to blend the hair.. not super happy about that at all”

Donna Bella messaging allowed me to talk to someone right away to resolve the issue. I am happy to say she immediately apologized and overnighted my correct order. I had taken pics of the wrong hair and label, she sent me back a return label and that was that. My hair arrived the next day...and hopefully the wavy blonde with blue streak got her correct order too.”
