“It seems like the tape on 2 out of the three packages of hair i ordered was completely defective. I am a stylist and we were trying out new brands of hair for the salon and based on my previous personal use I recommended Donna Bella.
After following all instructions for care and installation, after the first wash two of the packs completely fell out of my clients hair. All Donna Bella was willing to do was send me re tapes, while I am loosing money and have to refund half of the service change to my client.
There are so many brands of good extensions on the market with companies with much better customer care.”
