“I have been purchasing Donna Bella tape-in extensions for four years in the 12 inch length. First they discontinued the 12 inch, now they have also discontinued the 14 inch and the 16 inch are out of stock - forcing me to purchase 18 inch I don’t want. Then my stylist installs the 18 inch last week and the tape quality is horrible that more than half the extensions fell out when I washed my hair. I’m seeing similar reviews here from others. Someone at Donna Bella better figure this out or they will lose a lot of customers. I would like a refund”
