“Hair I ordered was accidentally too light, it should not be labeled as a dark brown when it’s this light. I called customer service to switch the color and they refused. Also, the tips of the hair had looked like they were cut straight across. Thick, chunky and unnatural looking. As if this wasn’t enough, after a week the tape slid off my hair as if it never stuck. I think having 5 sandwiches per pack is crazy expensive considering how much you are paying vs how much hair you get. I’m a hairstylist and just wasn’t super pleased with my purchase, I’ve never had an issue with tapes like this before where the whole experience felt like a chore, and just a hot mess. “I love this hair and colors I got work great with my hair, but The only reason I hesitate to buy Donna Bella tape in extensions is Although they are so durable at the tape area, they are also very uncomfortable and as they grow out, they are even more uncomfortable! I really like the quality of hair, but do not like feeling like I’m wearing a wig or clip ins! I would much rather have the best of both worlds with the great hair you provide and the strength of the tape in part but less bulky and less weight! I have been wearing tapes for many years now and loved the hothead hair just as much, but Their tape in part was much more comfortable, but the reason I switched is that they would break a lot! I wish you could figure out something lighter/Less heavy and bulky that doesn’t rip❗️”
