“I have always loved your extensions and I had an issue last time with the bond ones not sticking in the same issue as happening again it's very upsetting. There's something wrong with the tape specifically on these!!! no issues with a light wand, but these are not sticking. I've used them for years and never had a problem until the last two times. I thought I would give another try but the exact issue was happened again. I've been a customer for years and I've always been so happy with your product. you need to fix the tape issue on the light blonde.. this time they did not even last a day. tge Ash blonde stays perfectly. I love your colors and would love to still purchase your products, but this is not acceptable. Please fix this tape issue.!!!!!!”
