“I have been buying my extensions from you for years… And never have I been so disappointed and upset with the tape that you put on these hairpieces… My Beautician has put them in exactly the same and they continue to fall out… Which is something I have never experienced in the past. I bought $700 worth of tape in wefts from you and they literally fell out from the wind blowing… So I purchased the tape in extensions… And same thing… I have to keep going back to my Beautician to have them put back in because the tape does not hold… Which to me is garbage… And grossly overpriced. I’m not sure where you’re having these manufactured… But something has changed horribly. The hair breaks and sheds continually and the tape will not hold them in place..”
