“There is a defect with the tape. They were installed and immediately all came out after my first shampoo. This was sent to me to replace the previous three packs that I had purchased with the same problem. I brought this to the attention of Donna Bella& they sent me a replacement pack. I’m not sure what the issue is but I hope it is corrected soon. Poor quality”
