“I received my packs of extensions and they were littered with grey hairs.
I called to complain and they said they would send me new ones, but asked I send the ones I purchased back. Which means I have to find time during my very busy day to package them, and go to the post office. Because of their mistake.
I just think thats unacceptable. How about you not send me extensions filled with gray hair? It’s called quality control, please use it. Btw this is the second time I’ve had this issue w these extensions.
My issue is how they handled it. Simply apologize, and send me new packs, and don’t require me to do things which are a hassle to me.
