“your products are great but delivery times are painful. it takes far too long to receive your products and shipping costs are too high even at lowest rates I still have not received the order I placed on September 28 (date today is October 18) and shipping cost was more than half the product cost.
I've placed many orders over the years with various companies of your size and scope, most outside of Canada, and their shipping costs and timelines have been far superior to what I've experienced with Donna Bella. As previously stated, your products are excellent, however, given the cost you charge I would expect far better customer service when it comes to shipping, ability to track parcels and shipping timelines. Unfortunately, this would be the one thing to cause me to search for a different supplier for my hair needs. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.”
