“First and foremost, I love that Dose&Co is plastic free! Secondly, I appreciate the minimal ingredients and the dairy free option. I don’t have any dietary restrictions that require dairy free, but wanted to try that first. I don’t think the flavors are great - maybe my coffee is too strong or the dairy free flavors are a little more subdued, but I don’t get much flavor (I have both Carmel and vanilla). Three stars is because I'm not a fan of the vanilla flavor because it isn't very flavorful. I have used this product for ~3 weeks and I can say I notice a difference in my skin and nails - my skin is very clear and my nails are very strong. I will also say that I do have minor sore joints at times, and that seems to have lessened in the last three weeks. I will admit I didn’t do a ton of research before trying a collagen supplement, but heard about internal and external benefits, and wanted to give Dose&Co a try.”
