“Hard choice between 2 or 3 stars. After a month of use, I noticed my nails did grown a little faster & my skin looked a little bit better, but other than that no other noticeable improvements. It was difficult to put into the drinks I enjoy because it didn't dissolve good. And I had really hoped it would've made my hair grow faster, but maybe you have to buy/use for multiple months before it does. I don't want to buy again to find out. Hope this review helps.”
