“Cannot thank Dox direct enough for their help with printing my dissertation. I had a nightmare with PayPal not paying on time meaning I shouldn't have gotten my book, however Louise made sure my order was pushed through and after receiving it this morning it was worth it. “I would highly recommend Doxdirect. I entrusted them with the publication of my mother's memoirs, and the result is just stunning. It is so good, in fact, that my mother asked me to order additional copies! I was able to upload my book as a 'home-made' PDF file, and then an online preview enabled me to flick through the pages of the book, to get a precise idea as to what it would look like once printed. Doxdirect offer many different printing options, so any publication can be personalised to suit the customers' needs. Having shopped around, I found Doxdirect to be really good value for money, and there is the additional bonus that people can order very few copies (even just one copy) if they wish, whereas other publishers turn down such small orders. While I personally found the website to be a bit fiddly, the team is very helpful and friendly, and only an email away to sort out technical difficulties.”

“Thank you for my hardback book and additional spiral bound books received in January 2016. I was highly impressed with the quality of the end product and the affordable cost. The uploading system was easy to use and you were most helpful with questions where I needed guidance. My online order was delivered quickly and on time- which shows that your business cares for its customers. “We ordered hardback copies of my father's diaries with scanned documents and photos. Not being computer experts we did this with some trepidation but needn't have worried! Uploading the files was straightforward and e mail queries to Louise were quickly answered. The books were delivered within 5 working days and the quality is superb and much better than we had hoped. “We ordered one hardback copy of a book of 'memories' that my husband had written for the family, to see what it looked like. We were all amazed at the quality of the printing and the reproduction of the photographs at such a reasonable cost, and so we ordered another six copies. “I couldn't be happier with the service received from DoxDirect. I had to order a hardback with same day processing and courier delivery which was a bit pricey but was definitely worth it. My parcel arrived before 9am even though I didn't request this service, which really took a load off my mind. I also sent several emails through and had really fast, polite responses. The only issue I had was that dark colours on the prints came out darker than what appeared on my screen and made a couple of minor details a bit difficult to see; however, I would not reduce a star level based on this as it is something I should have considered myself. Great quality service and product. I even received some haribos to give to my nephew!”

“A big thank you, especially to Louise who was very patient as I needed to change my cover picture due to the poor quality image I had selected! I am thrilled with the results and my daughter's MA dissertation is now a beautifully printed hardback book and looks amazing!
