“Splendid service and rapid turnaround. Soft cover A4 book is well bound and attractive, and even colour pictures came out ok in black and white, though original black and white images do reproduce best if you are printing in black and white. Good quality paper. Word 97 document uploaded without problem - all formatting including tables reproduced as submitted. Recommended.”

“This was the first time I had attempted to put together a 'memory book'. Uploading the photos and text for my book proved relatively easy. There was a good choice of formats which meant a range of prices to choose from. When my book arrived, very promptly and well-packaged, I was delighted with the overall quality. Unfortunately, I noticed a blemish on the front cover (not immediately noticeable, but enough for me to be a little disappointed). I contacted the company and was very impressed with the response. I was sent a new copy by return of post, no quibbles, meaning that it arrived in time for the presentation evening, and left me a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.”

“Eventhough there was some trouble with my softcover book binding, Doxdirect team handled the situation the best way ever. Amazing customer service, fast, human an very efficient. I really enjoy the printing quality and was positively surprised by the 5* queries solving system. Thank you and I am definitely printing with Doxdirect again!”

“My first attempt at having a book printed for family and friends. A friend had already recommended Doxdirect so I had a go. Simple enough – 32 short stories combined into one .docx file with numbered pages. Even I, as an 84 year old, could do that, but what about dealing with the dreaded Internet? So I was very grateful when in ringing their helpline I was immediately answered by a human being in the form of Louise Gibbs who could not be more helpful. I had been using the wrong sort of browser (Microsoft Outlook) and Louise soon had me sorted and within a few days there they were on my book- shelf: ten of them! So well done Doxdirect and especially Louise Gibbs.”
