“Chose Doxdirect initially because of the price. I found the website very easy to use. We were having a recipe book printed to raise money for a Christian Aid Partner Project in Burkina Faso, the poorest country in the world so we didn't want to spend so much on printing that we made very little profit. I made a mistake with the first order not realising that the preview changed when adding in covers etc. I spoke to Louise and because it was for a charity they did a second run at very short notice and I paid for the postage. They arrived in time for the launch and have been very well received. Wonderful service all round. We will definitely recommend Doxdirect and use them again.”

“Doxdirect helped us print a photo book from a PDF. Due to the file size we had been to many printers who were unable to help but Doxdirect were able to print the document, providing a personalised service which negated the difficulties arising from the large PDF.”

“I received my printed book last week, and am absolutely delighted with the result. It looks very professional and as an illustrated children's book, the clarity and colours are excellent. Louise Gipps was incredibly helpful in advising me on the best way to achieve the page plan I wanted, and was patient with me at every turn. The service was fast and efficient and as I intend to print off more versions of this - and probably other books - I will definitely use Doxdirect again.”

“I have received my second order from Doxbox and I am delighted with it. I upgraded my project from a booklet to an A4 paperback and the standard of prints and presentation is excellent. “Very pleased with sample paperback received. Professional presentation and quick delivery. Two problems though: the first is that the online calculator and "designer" is not easy to use, and editing/designing cover and spine on the back end after logging in with account details was very frustrating and time-consuming. Second, there should be much greater clarity as between sides, sheets and pages. Arriving at the correct price for what I assumed was the correct number of sides/pages turned out to be totally incorrect - so I simply gave up and will look elsewhere.”
