“Good colour match but not easy to blend in.
The acetone leveller is difficult to use without removing the original colour in the chip.
Too expensive as really only a bottle of paint, bottle of acteone and small mico fibre cloth, cheap brushed and a pair of nitrile gloves.
No better than using a colour stick.”
“Does what it says, I started to treat my thousands of chips and I must say it worked a treat, my only problem was that it was a very hot day and the paint got claggy very quickly in the pot so suggest keeping it somewhere cool to do the job, also I think it would work quicker with 2 people one to dab one to shine as it can be quite hard to rub off if you leave it on too long. It could just have been the very hot day also! But the finished result was excellent.”
“Works well at covering individual chips....also covered the road rash pretty well but was very difficult to remove the excess and blend a large area. Took 3 hours of intensive rubbing and half the bottle of activator. Spread it very thin with a squeegee, but it quickly set hard as a rock. Even individual chips require a hell of a lot of fast rubbing. Might be the particular paint mix i had (VW Lapiz Blue - pearl/metallic paint)....worked well to cover but very difficult to remove excess/blend. Also with that amount of rubbing, required a light polish afterwards to remove general marring.”
“Great colour matching, watch the instruction videos for tips. Be aware that deeper chips or scratches can be built up with several applications. Very happy with the product, gives better results than a touch up pen from your main dealer.”
