“Although I like it so far, I'm hesitant to give it 5 stars just because I haven't used it extensively. I've only kept it at a low level as I find the stimulation strong enough, or maybe I need to get used to it. I love the dvd that came with the package with Dr. Ho's exercises. He's an excellent instructor and has a wonderful philosophy - prevention and body strengthening is so important to avoid injury and pain. I'm also so grateful that his system does not involve any kind of medication or pill. It is safe. My only concern is that I don't know the exact spots to place the pads of the additional muscle stimulator that was included. I used them a couple of times but did not feel much relief, perhaps because I didn't position the pads properly. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my purchase.”
