“I did not get what I ordered so I can't really give a review. The foot pads were supposed to be included but were not so I hope this is not false advertising and they send me what they left out.”

“The elderly used twice and not working anymore. It’s only about 4 months. Not as good as advertised and not recommended.”

“After dealing with neck and shoulder pain I finally decided to try the neck pain pro because my 94 year old great aunt uses this device and it has allowed her to read for long periods of time without feeling neck strain. My aunt very kindly had me try out her neck pain pro and I’m sure glad that she did. The device provides relief from stiffness and pain and has also increased my range of motion when turning my head from side to side. I would recommend the neck pain pro. Thank you Dr. Ho.”

“Great multi use pads. When they start not to stick…I just add a bit of water to reactivate the adhesion and I am good to go.”
