“I did not get what I ordered so I can't really give a review. The foot pads were supposed to be included but were not so I hope this is not false advertising and they send me what they left out.”

Hello! Sorry to hear that. As with many types of therapies it can require regular use to be effective. The key is to be consistent with the treatment. Depending on the type of pain or condition, we normally recommend treating the area 2-3 times a day, daily, for a few weeks before you see results. Sometimes the results may not be obvious but with consistent use you should be able to see a difference!
