“I received the wrong ""package"" for Christmas - (our fault) my Son wanted to surprise me; so I had to return and re-purchase - Dr. Ho's back office was excellent - full credit and a new purchase was executed - I even got a discount they honored. I received the ""Circulation"" package and have used it for a week now. It has been extremely effective in my re-gaining feeling in my feet. I have nephropathy in my feet and the difference was instant. I've also use it for lower back pain - excellent. Shooting the lowest golf scores in quit some time. The only reason for no 5 stars; there standard shipping took WAY TOO long, over 2 weeks - fix your fulfillment issue and you've slam dunk it!”

“I have only used it on my feet so far. Seems to be helping. I have only had it for a week. It is quite disappointing that the machine only has 1 plug in port and all of the brochures and the CD show the 2 port unit. Obviously it does not allow for the full use of the pads. The return e-mail says I can phone and upgrade. Sounds like you want more money.”
