“We have used the circulation promoter, as we have the various pads from a previous purchase and we have been happy with them, the circulation promoter does seem to be helping, though we have only used it 1/2 a dozen times, we were surprised that it did not come with batteries and the instructions for the different modes is poor in the comparison to the information we have in the information booklet in our original booklet. As for the warranty , it seems strange that you already have my information on this as I have been receiving emails ever since I ordered this and now I have to come up with an envelope and postage to provide this information to you?”

“Bought it from shopping channel for delivery in 5 days Received email confirming order Waited over a week Received email ""modifying order ""to be shipped 10 days later Supposed to have this already, called and it's on back order They don't even have it yet”

“This product has worked great with my legs. I have not bewn able to use the circulation promoter everyday but every time I have used Dr-Ho's Circulation at home product I feel great. I have less pain in my legs each time I use this product. Any questions email me at jhathorne224@gmail.com”

“I'm writing to ask if you can help me. I understand if you cant. My name is Kevin Garrison I'm 51 years old and I was diagnosed 8 years ago with diabetes and I've got severe neurapthy and I have cronic pain and in March of 2017 mt pain management Dr. At the time gave me epidural pain block shot. I new right away something was wrong I couldn't get off the table and when I stepped down I went to the floor could not get up. I was in tremendous pain and my right leg was paralyzed and numb. Well I made it to may 1st. 2017 went to the bigger town Hospital they immediately admitted me took me straight into surgery I had epidural abcess wiyh alot infection 8hr surgery I died on the operating table for 20 min. They finally got me to pull out of it. They were only able to get the infection and abcess out. Could not repair nothing else. I'm never going to walk again normal I'm not allowed to work. I'm in terrible pain in my feet legs ,knees waist hips lower back and neck and right shoulder arms and hands and dont stop. Herniated disc in my neck and torn rotators cuff and frozen right shoulder and about a month ago I tore a ligament. And my lower back 4 and 5 my disc are gone so that's why they say I will be lucky if I'm paralyzed instead of dieting. They dont think I'm going to pull through this. So with this said I've been out of work since March 8th 2017 with no money coming in . I'm fighting for my disability but I just got denied for the second time. I cant take care of my family anymore. I'm very depressed from that and the pain I want to work but I'm not able to hold an ink pen for couple seconds and I drop it. It's getting not to be worth it anymore the pain consumes my every thought cant stay on task with anything. Can you please help try and get my life back. It would be so bad but my wife has leukemia and she needs me to help her . If you can find it in your heart to help me I will pay you when I get my disability started. Please”

“I have had foot pain for the last 9 months. After only 3 treatments my pain went away. I still use it once a day just to keep blood circulating due to my diabetes. Also used pads on my back, wow great job, thanks Larry”

“Horrible customer service and retention, poor business practice!!! Dr. Ho would not give me their discount offered on purchase, had to fight to get Dr. Ho to credit my account back, never received item, still waiting for my account to be credit. They were willing to lose a customer rather than honor their discount. Then Dr Ho sent me an e-mail asking how I liked my purchase that was supposed to be cancelled!!! Talk about adding insult to injury!!!”
