“My husband had a terrible infection in his legs that left him with damaged blood vessels and fluid accumulation in his feet and ankles. He now has no more puffy feet and ankles and is walking so much more and so much better. He loves his Dr. Ho device and said he feels the pulses improve his blood circulation in his feet. I am so greatful for his recovery and how well he is walking and climbing stairs. He had two surgeries to remove abscess from one of his legs and nearly lost it so I am very pleased with his recovery!”

“Initially the controller was not working, it got replaced without too much delay but it was a bit annoying to have received a defective part to start with. I was unable to leave the house so mailing back the defective part made me rely on others to run to and from the post office unfortunately. I was told that the part is tested before being shipped, so hopefully it truly is, so as to avoid other customers this type of impact. In all, the help I received to troubleshoot the issue and instructions plus follow-up on the replacement, was quite efficient. I did appreciate the customer service and I can finally enjoy the usage of my machine. Thank you”
