“It is powerful TENS, as powerful to me as the one my chiropractor used on me in his office. I was disappointed when I found out there is no AC adapter. It is only DC, and that is AAA batteries it uses. Makes me wonder if I will be using a lot of batteries. I bought this in part that I was hoping to use this on my mom.To help her with her terrible pain, and to help her with her leg swelling, do to lack of walking. She is diabetic and has neuropathy, has major back issues. She is overweight and has troubles walking. She hated this devise. She told me she could barely feel it on her feet, then complained it was hurting her upper legs. My boyfriend thinks it is working on him. I was not so sure how beneficial it was for me. If I knew what I knew now, I personally would have not bought this device. I feel it is to much money, for an item that does not have an AC adapter. The hype on the infomercial did not see using it on me or my mom. I wish the item worked, I was interested in buying the Dr. Ho's back devise for my mom. As she has very bad back problems, that is crippling her life. But I don't want to take a chance again to waste money if it does not work like it claims on the infomercial.”

“The plastic tray that comes with the package is not adjustable so is very hard to align your feet on the unit properly. I have two other friends that found the same problem. I have quit using the main unit and am now using the portable foot pads on a bath mat to get the proper separation and alignment. I would gladly return that plastic non-adjustable contraption in exchange for a a couple of sets of portable foot pads. I am already looking for a way to saw that thing in half and making it adjustable and more user friendly. The rest of the package is great.”
