“The support is great and help tremendously with the relief of pain in the lower back. I need the support because caused so much strain on the lower spine I couldn't even bend to lift anything.”

“I love my Dr. Ho's 2 in 1 back belt. It is a great value for the investment. When I received it I immediately put it on and it made such a big difference in my pain level. I wear it to work in everyday and it helps me stay comfortable. I have recommended it to a few people when they ask me about it.”

“I was disappointed only because I thought I was ordering a belt that I could wear during the day while I was walking. I didn't know I had to lay down 4 - 5 times a day, for 30 minutes at a time, to use it. If I ever got down on the floor like is suggested, I would never get up. It is too bulky to wear while walking.”
