“I have degenerative discs from L3 down along with severe spinal stenosis. The pain usually wakes me in the middle of the night so I put the belt on when I get up around 4 AM and inflate to to its max capacity. This decompressed my spine and I wear it for an hour inflated like the instructions say and when I deflate it after the hour, the pain and stiffness is almost completely gone so I can go back to sleep. Then, when I get up later on the morning, I put it on again and do the same thing. After the hour, I deflate it until an hour before I leave for work (3 PM), and inflate it for one more hour. When I get home at midnight, again I put it back on. This thing has been nothing less than a miracle and my wife sees it in my face as I walk around with a smile instead of a frown”

“I use 2 times a day for decompression. Felt my veterbrae popping into place. Seems to be slowly helping. I have a L3L4 herniated in 2 places and L5S1 fusion due to calapsed disc all from accident. Have nerve pain down both legs sometimes one more than the other. Like walking on a small pebble. I have a internal stimulator to help with my pain as well to help with my lower pain. Helps about 50%ish. With all this I hope the decompression belt can give me some more relief. So far so good. The only con is the amount of air to pump into the belt. I pump 40 times than I lye down. I feel it is going to blow up off my waist. Pro very well made. I will add the 5 star once I see how things go. Otherwise very solid 4 stars. I recommend. Keep up the good work.”

“As usual, Dr. Ho has provided an excellent product worth buying. I bought a knock off copy off of Ebay from kuentl_business and the thing didn't even work. It is important to only buy the best Dr. Ho to get the best deal. I was absolutely AMAZED that my pain was relieved the first time I tried it. STUNNED to say the least. Although not 100% cured, it sure has helped a lot. Thank you Dr. Ho for providing the BEST traction belt money can buy.”
