“I have a herniated disc that has completely blown out and is pressing on my spine and nerves, another which is ready to blowm another which is starting to bulge and arthritis starting. I bought this belt almost a month ago because my DDD is getting worse. I needed to augment the Pain Therapy System I've been using for the past 4 years. I have carefully followed the instructions for its use. The traction sessions are a huge help, and relief and so is wearing the belt deflated for general use. I can now stand and walk fairly normally for much longer than in a long time. It helps with bending and lifting. Its a little bulky for sitting with it on, and I would not want to wear it for, say, lying on the garage floor working on my car, bike or tractor. I had a little problem with mine deflating last week, but Dr. Ho's customer service is awesome. This belt works as advertised.”

“The belt works real good for the most part except when I am cutting the grass or grocery shopping I begin to sweat under the belt and then comes the itching. There should be something I can do to stop the itching.”

“I have used the belt for nearly two weeks and have already experienced the benefits. My lower back pain has significantly decreased allowing me a better quality of life. “I ordered this product for my husband who suffers with consistent lower back pain. After using the belt for a few days he says it's helping to relieve the pain on a short term basis..... I think he would benefit more from this product if he used it daily. The TENS machine is wonderful and we already had this machine at home for many years now but the belt style TENS from Dr.Ho is much better at keeping the pads in the correct positioning and he does use this daily along with the Magic heat pack. The heat pack is the star of the show, love this product and wonder if there is a heat pack by Dr.Ho to go over the shoulders/on the back of the neck? I have a bulging disk [C5-C6] and have many neck/shoulder stiffness problems associated with the injury. I will and have recommended Dr.Ho's products to my friends and family since our order. Thanks so much for the innovative products!!”
