“I purchased the belt for my son who has a herniated disc. I thought it would help him with the pain, seeing as Covid has limited our surgeons at this time. He says it does help a small amount which for me, any relief is something, even if only minimally. The concept is good but the actual operation of the device isn't as effective as dr Ho says. ""The vertebra don't really separate a noticeable amount,"" says my son ""and it only helps a little"".”

“I use this belt in the morning and before going to bed easy to use and it does seem to help my lower back pain by gently stretching my lower back. Thanks”

“With the work-at-home situation I need good back support all day because I do not have a good office chair. The belt is a perfect solution to help me stand straight and avoid slouching. I can adjust the strength at will, and even wear it without inflating it, depending on my needs. The construction quality is excellent. I recommend this product to everyone, even if they do not suffer from back problems.”

“I have been using Dr Ho's products from the day I received my order. I have a few disc in my back that got compressed after a gym injury and physio is just too expensive to go to as much as I had to. I use it in between my sessions and I find it so helpful. I also the tens set to help manage my fibromyalgia, which can leave me helpless some days. With Dr. Ho's I can keep moving with my day!”
