“Hi dear Dr_Ho's Thank you for your follow up I am in my back country. As I said before, my mother has osteoarthritis of the knee and spinal canal stenosis, and she is in pain every day and always. I have been using the device since last Thursday (7 days) and I tried to use the device every day at a certain time, first on the floor for 10 minutes and then on the pad. I placed them on the sides of the knees and around the spine and we use the deviceCurrently, there is no change in the amount of pain. I hope I can send you the MRI file of my mother's back. The question I had is that for knee pain, I put the pad head around the knee. Is it the right place or should I put it behind the knee? And how long does it take for its effects to be determined? Please let me know your opinion about this photo and I will be very grateful if you give me the necessary guidance.”
