“I use the Decompression Belt after using Cool red laser & infra red lower back pad (Tommycopper) to allow my L5 disk heal. An inversion table is often used for the same effect as the belt but the table can have bad side effects. I have been using both everyday for a month without the nerve block medication (Dr. Supervised) The red laser triggers cellular repair, IR increases circulation, this belt removes spinal pressure, the circulation repairs.”
