“I tried it out several times and called Dr H phone line. That agent could not help me as how it should feel. Should I feel a buzz or nothing is what I felt . Maybe I should have another session on several nights in a row. At the moment I found no improvement in my sleep”

Hi Dyanna! Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the help you should've. Please make sure the de-stress clips are soaking wet with warm water before use. The stimulation you feel should be similar to that you receive from the gel pads, except this would be relaxing on your ear lobe. And yes, do use them daily for best results without any earrings on. Hope this helps!
