“Works well. I find I go through a lot of it as I’m using the belt. It is quite expensive. I’m wondering if I can dilute it with water or just use water. I had to use water for a few times because the gel took over 3 weeks to ship. Also I’m wondering if there is anywhere else I can go and buy it.”

“The gel is useful in providing better conductivity of the pads, and in particular a bit more “stickyness”, than normal salt water does. At full price the gel can be quite pricey, but it is worth considering when on sale.”
