“I finally took my Dad's advice and used these foot pads - so glad I did!! 20-40 minutes under my tired feet at the end of the day does the trick. I had an injured ankle with a bit of swelling, about a month ago, and after three sessions, the swelling was gone and my ankle healed up in about a week. These pads are super easy to use - highly recommended!!”
