“The gel pads work well on the smaller areas of my body. I use the large pads as well. The Dr.Ho system has been very helpful with both my back and neck as well as my knee. Lately, I've been using it on my feet. I've been having trouble with plantar's fasciitis and have found that the small pads work well in massaging the arch and heel area of my foot. Being able to get both sizes of pads ensures that I have the size I need when I'm using the device.”

“Knowing you are getting better is probably the best medicine for trauma. I lost my footing while walking down a flight of public cement stairs causing me to badly bruise my right elbow and shoulder as well as my right knee just below the socket. The Dr. Ho's Gel Pads bring out the excruciating pain the fall caused me and are helping irreversibly in my recovery.”

“The gel pads are easy to use and come in two convenient sizes. They give soothing and relaxing relief. The only improvement I could suggest is a medium-sized pad added to the kit. They are long-lasting. I use them several times every day, and they last for several months.”
