“I had to get my large gel pad replaced because the one I had got real gooey and didn't stick well and hurt me when I turned it on . Apparently they will only do this 1 time , I find this odd it's not because I did something wrong . Even the new one they sent me is gooey but so far it works . I'll keep my fingers crossed.”
