“The pads are fine. However since recieving the pads I wanted to place an order On Line,,for new wires for the pads. It seems ( the last time I tried months ago) that your ordering system didn't work. I did type with a representive who told me to order via phone. Well I don't want to do it that way, you have a on line ordering system that I prefer to use. It's terrible that its not working properly, you really should fix that!!! Sooo I haven't used the massaging unit since. Maybe I will try again at another time to order them On Line! If, its not working when I try again I may have to consider going with a different brand that is easy to get replacement parts from. Thank You and have a nice day.”

Hello! Our gel pads are made using premium material and are designed to suit even sensitive skin. To ensure they last long, we recommend spraying them with water before and after use and store with the cling film on them in a cool, dry place. Thank you!

Hi George! Thank you for your feedback. The gel pads did go through a design change a few years back. The new pads are cloth back, and they are supposed to be stickier and more flexible. This improvements allow the gel pads to stick nicer and firmer on areas of our bodies that are not "flat". E.g. around the ankles and is also easier for people with arthritis or dexterity issues to use. Do make sure you spray them with water before and after use and place the cling film on them and keep them in a cool, dry place.
