“I bought this for my husband who has chronic back pain. This large gel pads really work well with him as It relaxes his lower back muscles and helps him to get better sleep as well as minimizes the frequency of taking breakthrough pain reliever. As for the quality, these gel pads tend to lose contact to the skin especially when you sweat a lot like my husband.”
