“When I first bought this product many, many years ago the pads were great! Now I find them kinda flimsy and not as durable. They also don't plug into my older unit as well. I think they should make them like they used to.”

“I have used this product for 4 years now and it does the trick for me on my lower back pain. I use these pads frequently and after 20 minutes I have no back pain and able to walk around pain free. I love this product and it has worked with me.”

“They don't work with my Dr. Ho's device. The connectors are too small or the leads on the wires are too large. The device works fine but it is an older model and I guess you can't get the old style pads. I'd like to keep using my device but need different pads. They should be labeled not for older models. They sent me new lead wires but those didn't fit the device either. So now I'm stuck. I can't get my $45 back for the pads. So I can Buy another device for $150–$200 or toss the whole thing. It's quite irritating.”
