“This is my second purchase of 3 of these pads as 2/3 of the first ones I purchased no longer re-activate after about 3 years. I have purchased similar pads of a different brand in the past and they last much longer. They also are larger and have more liquid in them. These pads are sparse on liquid and therefore do not stay hot for as long as the other brands I have. After you click the pad to heat it there are bare spots where there is no liquid.”

“I can't tell you how happy I am with this purchase. Nothing on this earth soothes my cramps than this magical product. Not even medication works like this (for me) and its absolutely a life saver. I also can't believe how quickly it was shipped to me. Paid for it one day, got it in my hands two days later. Super impressed and highly recommend to any woman who deals with severe menstrual cramps and needs quick relief!!!!!”

“Not two weeks after using the magic heat pad the metal snap inside broke and it now no longer works properly so that is very disappointing.”

“In follow up to my original review, I wish to give an update to now express my satisfaction on the step taken to help me out. After first being decline by a CSR to get a replacement a supervisor for customer care made arrangements to send me a new heat pad. I was not aware that it is normal for the small disc to break. He sent me this email: ""The Magic Heat Pad is reusable. As you know, for the first use, you bend (or break) the small disc inside to activate the chemical reaction. For following uses, you can simply lower the bag into hot water to heat it up. The bag should last for years. That being said, we are sending you a replacement Magic Heat Pad as a customer courtesy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.”

“I had this heat pad for 2 years. Just use it a couple of times when it was needed. Unfortunately after second usage the metal disc broke so the product cannot be used anymore. When I ask for a replacement I was told the product is past the 1 year warranty. What good is a product that is not working when needed?”

“I have not used it yet, but I purchased it when purchasing pads. I use a heating pad a lot, so I figure if it's as good as Dr. Ho's other products, it must be good.”
