“The Perfect Backrest is not working as well as it should because I believe it is to be used in conjunction with the cushion which was not provided. It does not really support my lower back, which is where I need the most support. I have to put a small flat cushion or a piece of sponge between the back rest and my lower back area to get the support I need. It should have better cushion support on the lower back area.”

“Brings great comfort for my back needs. Tried another brand but was not happy with it. Had used the Dr. Ho backrest previously so returned to try again. Very happy with outcome.”
