“While the 3 pack is a great value, the actual back rest unfortunately didn't really help me. There is one chair, a kitchen bistro style, that it works on and helps my back but it also could be the fact the seat is flat and hard. I didn't find any relief using the back rest on upholstered chairs, or in the car. If anything, it made my back worse. I gave one to a neighbour and she didn't find it helpful either but she is of small stature. In my case the biggest name brand on the market for back issues works the best for me. I was glad to see that others have gotten relief though and do recommend the Decompression Belt.”

“I put one in each of our vehicles and one in my office. I am disappointed because they are very uncomfortable. The curve is exaggerated and I believe does not conform to the shape of a normal human spine. I was hoping for much better from Dr. Ho because all the other products I have purchased are excellent. They should be redesigned to provide support to the upper back, as these do not come into contact with my upper back, only the middle area.”
