“I was very anxious to receive my unit. It sounded so good that I bought one for my elderly father who has poor circulation in his legs. Well, when I opened it up and read all of the information, it clearly says that people with pace makers, high blood pressure, on certain medications, and the list goes on, should not use it. He has a pacemaker. Had I known ahead of time, I would not have ordered it. Another bad feature is that there is no safety control on the unit. I have had tens units for years, and every one I have ever used has a lock button so that it cannot accidently go to a higher intensity. Can you imagine how that would feel!! I am returning both of the units, and it is costing me about $50 to do so. A very bad experience. I should have known better than to buy something from the TV ads.”

“I bought this device because I have severe neck pain. My muscles spasm all day at work. I now sit at my desk with the pads on my neck and it makes my day bearable. I am very happy I bought this.”

“Not sure what I expected but the product is great and I'm happy. Making progress on some injuries. I asked my Physio about it before I bought and he said it would help.”

“I bought the Dr Ho ultimate package for lower back pain. It is amazing in how it relieves my pain by using it for just 20 minutes a day. I was blown away by the feet pads that I now use while I work at my desk from home. I love my Dr Ho therapy system and recommend it to everyone. My coworker got one and she is a believer too!”

“This is a pretty decent little system It does better with soft tissue issues than joint pain. It helps joint pain but the effect is more temporary than with joint pain.”

“I have collapsed and ruptured discs in lower back and neck I have used every Drug Store and Walmart device on the market (iRelieve etc) Dr Ho's delivers the best range of AMPS and simple patterns EM pulsing ....it works ....while you hope for better from all the rest”

“It's all about power and resistance. You can only use the 2 foot pads alone, ie not with any other pads. I think the same is true with the large rectangular pads. You can use 2 of them, or 4 small pads, but not 2 large and 2 small. If you use 2 large and 2 small together, there is no stimulation coming from the 2 small pads. The TENS device does not have enough power for all 4 of those. The instructions should be re-written to reflect this fact.”

“I initially bought it for the foot pads - they work ok but the pads are better. It does go through batteries really quickly.”
