“Good day, I tried the product for almost a month. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Also, after using the pads for just 10 minutes, it left a itchy redness after taking them off. No relief from the pain! That being said, the package has been mailed back with expectations of being reimbursed the full amount excluding the S&H fees of $19.99. A note accompanied the package. Thank you for your understanding”

“Have used this product for years have 2 sets I liked it so much. The last year or longer every new st of pads that I purchase are garbage the wire comes off so easy making the pad unusable. When I first started using the machine the pads lasted forever the wire never came out. Quality has gone down do not know what to do as I liked the product very much until this started.”

“Great foot pads! I purchased this for this item only, had the other for I had purchased in the early part of last year but it didn't come with the foot pads and you can't just purchase the foot pads.”
