“I have only had the Dr. Ho system for 3 1/2 weeks so I do not feel it is fair to expect immediate results. My problems started with foot pain leading to muscle cramps in my legs to back sciatic nerve pain. I also have osteoarthritis in my hip. Orthotics helped with my feet. The electrode pads did help relax my leg muscles. They are no longer much of a problem. I use the back belt for 30 or so minutes a day. I do feel a bit better and it does help me get through the day and night. I intend to keep using the Dr. Ho system, plus exercise plus heat plus whatever I can throw at this to get improvement. It is sort of the Trump method. Throw everything at it and see what sticks. I do like the battery operated system. It is so portable and easy to use. I have planned a trip in late August intending to just put the system and some extra batteries in my suitcase. One can answer the phone or change chairs easily.”

“My husband has a herniated disk and the use of the system on his back and down his leg helped to relieve the pain and increase mobility. Partly this is attributable to time, but it was worth trying. I also use to relieve pressure in my shoulders and it helps relax the muscles.”
