“My 91 year old father ordered these replacement pads for his TENS unit on January 31, 2019 because his pads had lost their stickiness. An hour later, I reminded him about wetting the pads and that solved his problem, so he asked me to write and cancel his order. I did so immediately (still just two hours after the order was placed) and a wonderful customer service gentleman, Sam, was able to cancel his order. I have the emails verifying that his order was cancelled, and yet the pads were shipped anyway on February 2, 2019. Waiting to see if his credit card was charged for items that had been cancelled two days earlier. Very disappointed after such a good experience with the customer service help.”

“I ordered 2 Dr Ho's small gel pads replacement kits. As the kits were on sale, the price was excellent and the delivery was very fast. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and will continue to do business with Dr Ho's in the future.”
