“I'm in my early sixties, and while I am active and healthy, after 29 yrs of being on a prescriptive medication has caused severe osteoporosis in my back. So I don't take sudden back issues lightly. A few weeks ago, I had experienced some back spasms that made consider pharmaceutical pain and antiimflamatory meds which I normally try to avoid. I remembered the Dr.Ho back belt with circulation promoter, so I ordered that as well it got here quickly, and while spams had dimished somewhat, I started with the belt, and continued with tumeric, and omega fatty acids, (holding off othe the pharmaceutical supplements for a while.( I also did gentle back stretches ) My back has really stated to improve! And now 3 weeks later, I'm 100% better! I'm so much happier I saw significant improvement without pharmaceuticals! (Beyond the 2 Tylenols and 1 robaxacet.)”

“The back brace does what it does nice tens action, lumbar support with the pump and straps. This is well put together. Unfortunately, The plastic clip that holds the brain of the tens machine does not hold the device on and the tens machine fell to the floor three times on the first day using it, damaging the tens machine.”
