“The wallpaper boarder is beautiful! The customer service is terrible!!! I wanted some questions answered, and it took me three tries before someone finally got back to me. Once I made my purchase, I had a couple of more questions, and, again, it took a very long time and several tries before I got help. I had purchased a couple different boarders to make my final decision on which one to go with, and when I returned the 2 out of the 3 boarders I did not want, I was not given a full refund for the price of them; when I asked why the shorted refund, I did not ever get a response. Again, I love the boarder, but I will avoid using this company again.”
