“This was a replacement order. The original order, as selected from your website, had a black background color; but when received it turned out to be green. This was very disappointing. You were able to replace it (free) with something else that I chose from your website, but that also had a different background color when received. I used it anyway. You need to do something about representation of colors on your website.”
