“Our Flex 3s sits in our bedroom next to the bed. We use it every day. We are satisfied with programs 1 to 4, no need to customize. Program 2 (full body stretch) has my personal preference, as the chair inclines and reclines almost along with your (slow) breathing, and ends with a dramatic full roll the back as you are sitting immobilized. You can tell a larger area is covered than cheaper massage chairs, and back aches after a day of sitting with bad posture do vanish after a massage session! The Flex 3s emphasize posture correction and relaxation, so there are a few body areas not really covered such as neck or plant of the foot or front of legs, and the air pressure on the arms doesn't do much for me. With that in mind, we are very happy with our purchase.”

“Beautiful chair, soft leather, efficient design, gives a great message. However, after a few weeks I am already hearing a bit of a squealing noise in one of the rollers. Need to find out how to get the problem addressed.”
